Last night, the James Beard Foundation announced the winners of the 2014 James Beard Foundation Restaurant and Chef Awards. The awards cover all areas of the industry: chefs and restaurateurs, cookbook authors and food journalists, restaurant designers and architects. They are the highest honor for food and beverage professionals working in North America.
