Manhattan

The fall -- it’s getting to be that time of year and I definitely love a Manhattan cocktail. My style of cocktails are very austere, classic cocktails. With a Manhattan, set your bourbon or rye aside, it comes down to the quality of your vermouth and the quality of your bitters.
Ingredients
- 2 0z. Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz. Dolin Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Bob’s Abbots Bitters or Adam Elmegirab’s Dandelion & Burdock bitters
Directions
1) Stir ingredients in a mixing glass over ice.
2) Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with Maraschino cherry.
