I always sit at the bar and my wife has to make me stop eating and stop ordering. I know it’s cliche, but we always order fries everywhere I go and hands down, they have the best. It’s owned by the same people who own Bacchanalia, Star Provisions.

Scott Witherow is the founder/owner/maker of the Southern artisan chocolates, Olive and Sinclair.
Why
After studying at Le Cordon Bleu and working in highly-regarded restaurants like Fat Duck and Nobu in London, Alinea in Chicago and Highlands Bar and Grill in Alabama, Witherow returned to Tennessee to create an artisanal bean-to-bar company, which means they source, roast and grind their own beans in-house.
