Loved for their 10 o’clock burger, of which only 24 are sold nightly and are often sold out within minutes. But also loved for their menu which is made up of dishes based on historic recipes from pubs, bistros, and Southern kitchens.

RECOMMENDER
WHAT THEY SAID
Chef Mike Lata of FIG in Charleston, SC
Holeman & Finch…for all of it.
Fred Dexheimer - Mixologist & Master Sommelier
They have a great wine, beer and cocktail program. They also have something called the Ten O’Clock Burger. Every night at ten o’clock they offer 24 burgers. It’s a rockin’ burger.
Chef Sean Brock of McCrady’s and Husk in Charleston, SC
I really love it. They can serve anything they want there. They can serve testicles if they want to. The crazier the better, and the cheeseburger is outrageous.
Chef Jacob Sessoms of Table in Asheville, NC.
I’m friends with [chef] Linton Hopkins, so I really like to go to his restaurants.
Bartender Todd Thrasher of Good Food Group in Alexandria, VA.
Bartender Greg Best is a kindred spirit. He does some awesome stuff. He did a Coca-cola syrup champagne cocktail that blew my mind.
Chef Hugh Acheson of Empire State South in Atlanta, GA.
For drinks in Atlanta.
