From local chef Erik Desjarlais: “‘Wrap free since 2010,’ because owners Big Jay Loring and Matt Moran know better than to mess around with everyone’s favorite, the sandwich. From the Pig Belly Reuben to the Meatloaf, to the Apocalypse Now Burger (an artery missile built from foie gras, pork belly, bacon, American cheese, mayo and a bit of macerated fruit) these guys know how to bring the delicious. Upon request, you can choose to have any of their sandwiches over salad greens instead of bread. But why on Earth would you do that?
You can nosh from 11:30 am to 1 am. Charcuterie, select cheeses, and an expertly tended bar make Nosh the quintessential destination for comfort seeking creatures of all ages.”
They serve late, and it is geared to cooks and people who like delicious things. Pork Belly reuben, bacon dusted frites, blood sausage poutine, and a whole lot of cured meats. A ton of great beers on tap too.
