Isabella Raposeiras holds the bragging rights to becoming Brazil’s first female barista champion. She opened her eponymous coffee lab with the intent of having specialists, enthusiasts and coffee lovers mingle. She uses the AeroPress, which was invented by a toy maker and has a huge cult following for its smoother cup of coffee.
