Chef Michael Tusk, doesn’t get enough respect in the culinary world. I just cannot believe he hasn’t won Best Chef California yet. I vote for him every year and hopefully this year he will win the award. I just think he is one of the most passionate smart food guys out there, but just doesn’t get enough prestige.
