For those who are on the food festival circuit, pencil in November 15th through the 17th in your calendar for E.A.T. St. Pete, which stands for “Enjoy Arts & Tastes.”
The announcement for the inaugural festival was made at a press conference attended by chef Scott Conant (Scarpetta), restaurateur Donatella Arpaia (Donatella), Food Network host Ingrid Hoffmann and Tampa Bay area chefs Chris Ponte (Cafe Ponte), Paul Liptak (The Club at Treasure Island), and Tyson Grant (Parkshore Grill). Other participating chefs will be Ming Tsai, Masaharu Morimoto and Duff Goldman.
If you’re heading to the Tampa Bay area, here are a few eating, drinking and food shopping recommendations from participating chef Chris Ponte of Cafe Ponte in Clearwater.
