Sesame Teriyaki Swordfish Toro

Yield

6 servings


Ingredients

- Swordfish Toro

- Soy Sauce

- Mirin

- Sesame seeds

- 1 tablespoon of butter

- 2 cups of soba dashi

- Bok choy


Directions

1. Cut Swordfish Toro into pieces about two inches long.

2. Marinate for fifteen minutes in a mixture of 1/2 soy and 1/2 mirin.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, sprinkling sesame over the top of the fish at the halfway point. 

4. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter into 2 cups of soba dashi to serve with the fish, along with bok choy.
