Foreign Legion Fix

Yield
1 drink
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Orange Slice
Ice: Crushed / Pellet
Ingredients
- 2 orange slices (one to muddle, and one for garnish)
- 1 lemon wedge
- 0.25 oz Tomr's Tonic
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 2.5 oz Dubonnet Rouge
- 1.5 oz. Blanc de Blanc Champagne
Directions
1) Muddle fruit with the tonic & sugar (reserving one of the orange slices).
2) Add Dubbonet and 1/2 hand full of crushed or pellet ice.
3) Shake.
4) Add 1.5 oz Blanc de Blanc Champagne to tin.
5) Dump into a chilled Collins glass.
6) Fill with crushed or pellet ice and garnish with orange slice.
