- 1 oz. Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
- 1 oz. Red Breast Irish Whisky
- 1/2 oz. Benedictine
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Directions
1) Stir ingredients over ice.
2) Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
3) Garnish with an apple slice.
