Dallis Bros. Coffee has been keeping New Yorkers caffeinated since 1913. In 2007, they were acquired by Brazilian coffee company, Octavio Café. We sent photographer Patrick Kolts to the Octavio farm in Pedregulho, Sao Paulo, home to a plantation house designed by legendary Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer, to capture the harvesting process from cherry to bean.
