The Boulevardier



A Negroni with bourbon.


Yield

1 drink


Ingredients

- 1.5 oz. bourbon
- 1 oz. Campari

- 1 oz. sweet vermouth

- Ice cubes


Directions

1. Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice.

2. Add the bourbon, sweet vermouth, and Campari.

3. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

4. Garnish with orange slice, lemon twist or cherry

 


Mezze Gimlet

Ingredients

- 1.5 oz. of gin  (or vodka)

- 1 oz. Lillet

- 0.5 oz. better-quality triple sec

- 0.5 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice


Directions

1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, add ingredients.

2. Shake well and strain, and serve up in a chilled cocktail glass or on the rocks.

3. Garnish with a slice of lime.
